You're right!  I've never heard of you, but I'm glad I've "found" you.  (Bless Google alerts.)  The virtual connection we've now made is yet another benefit of the Web that many simply don't grok.  They don't "have time to play on the computer."  Yet, they're disappointed when their web site doesn't get any results.
